Jeff Turner brings a lifetime of pest control experience to Turner’s Pest Control, a trusted name originally started in Salisbury, Maryland.
Following in the footsteps of his grandfather and father, Jeff has been immersed in the pest control industry from an early age. After serving in the Army, including active duty in Bosnia and the former Yugoslavia, and continuing his service in the Maryland National Guard, Jeff founded Independent Pest Control (Now Turner’s Pest Control) in August 1998.
His military background has instilled a strong sense of discipline and commitment to excellence in all aspects of the business.

Malcolm Scott is our Southern Gentleman—respected by clients and colleagues alike for his dedication, precision, and reliability. Born in Richmond, Virginia, Malcolm brings over 50 years of hands-on expertise across plumbing, electrical work, construction, carpentry, pest control, heavy equipment, and auto body repair. His depth of knowledge is matched only by his commitment to doing the job right.

Lucas Turner grew up in the field, spending weekends and summers learning the pest control trade firsthand.
